Our Mission
HHS exists to give independent medical practices the operational infrastructure, financial expertise, and strategic support that large health systems have always had — and independent practices have always lacked. We handle the business of medicine so physicians can focus on the practice of it.
How We Got Here
HHS was built by operators who saw firsthand how independent practices were losing ground — not because of clinical quality, but because of operational disadvantage. Billing inefficiencies, compliance gaps, technology debt, and recruiting challenges were pushing talented physicians toward employment or early exits. The practices that struggled weren't struggling because of bad medicine — they were struggling because running a business requires a different set of skills, systems, and infrastructure than practicing medicine.
We started by solving one problem at a time — billing for one practice, then credentialing for another, then staffing, then compliance. What emerged was a full-stack management platform that could run every non-clinical function of a medical practice under one roof. Each new service line we added made the platform stronger and more efficient for every practice connected to it. The model worked because it was built from the inside out — by people who had actually run clinics, not by consultants theorizing about how clinics should run.
Today HHS supports a growing portfolio of practices across urgent care, family medicine, occupational health, mental health, and more — with a shared infrastructure that gets stronger and more efficient with every practice that joins the platform. Our brands — Hybrid Health Clinics, Hybrid Risk Insurance, Industrial MD, and MindVibe — serve as both proof of concept and growth engine for the HHS model. We don't just advise practices on how to operate. We operate them.
